If you use the Forage Cap head be sure to cut the rolled cap of of the bottom of the cartridge box. Another thing that is good about the sets is that the knapsacks reflect that the overcoat has been removed and is now on the soldier.

Cant wait to get my paws on them with there coats they would have to be the easyiest Naps to paint (no white piping ect.).
I painted one of Fubar's Blackats in about 45mins from start to finnish so these should be quick and fun :)

Also, you can take the earier Light Infantry sets and plug the various head gear head on these overcoat troops.

I don't think i will get mine now until the new year ......Nice pics Scott

Hi
the upcoming 1/32nd Wurttemberg Jagers are neat figures. Its an amazing array of new releases from hat- it makes you wonder where they will be at in 12 months time - mounted figures? - probably covering the Napoleonic period. The sculpter is high class (the best I have seen in 35 years of collecting plastic 1/32nd) and the posture and balance of these figures is just right.
I would like to see some charging cavalry - Cuirassiers, Carabiniers, Scots Greys, Inniskilling Dragoons, Chasseurs and so on....

I know you some how seam to get these figures quicker then us guys over here in the states and I,ve noticed you have a few pictures of Hat figures you painted on there Web site, Do you get advanced releases for painting them? And have you received any new sets yet for the paint bench?

Hi
I have painted test shots for hat previously once or twice - I think that they do this via several figure painters in various parts of the world.

Re: HaT French..TURNING HEADS

I understand it's hard to cast the correct manual poses for loading as the period manuals show loading tight and to the front. (same as in the American Civil War as I've done it) Still. I changed these figures to get as close as possible so that they will fit in ranks. The new over coat loader just need to have his head turned around to fit in. X-acto knife, 1/16" stock plastic dowel, Zap-A-Gap.

Nice figures HaT!
