I few years ago my wife got this toy soldier for me at a flea market.

Can anyone name the manufacturer with confidence?

Looks like some of the French dimestore figures I've seen on eBay. Sorry, but I can't be more specific.

Al you certainly are on the right track. My wife is French and so returns on occasion to visit family. She found this figure at a French flea market in her home town in France.

P.S. It's snowing here today. Yesterday was -16 centigrade (about -2 Fahrenheit). San Diego sounds good. Cheers
