I'm considering my first foray into Imperial's Egypt and Sudan Series. I've always been fascinated buy Imperial's Egyptian Infantry sets. Let me know if anyone around here is dead set on this set, and I'll hold back.

If you can nab this excellent set for this price you should do so and not worry too much about the other guys. I am in the hunt for the other one but it would be a very tough sell to my wife so who knows if I will ever complete this quest. Still kicking myself for not getting them years ago when they were first made.

Agreed, this is a very cool set and an amazing way to start collecting Imperial or delving into a new range.

Price looks good and only slightly higher than the original price back in the late 80's.

Well, I swore to myself that I wouldn't bid a penny over $1,000.00, and I didn't. I guess I'll stick to Imperial Crimean range for now.
