Hope this post finds everyone well and still sane. Still going through a collection of soldiers and these are the latest I need helping identifying. The first 2 are home cast Britains and not sure about the third one. I think the first group are Royal Marines Light, the second are US Marines and not sure about the third group. As always thank you for the help and for this great forum.

Well the third grouping is based on the Australian Or New Zealand Infantry figures (at least the heads are) done by Britain’s but they are painted as infantry from the Spanish American War or the Philippine Insurrection. So late 1890 to 1910 giver or take. Very nicely done in my opinion.

That's a Kiwi hat, the lemon squeezer shape. Good idea to convert using painting, to make US troops.

The 2nd figures with folded arms carrying their rifles, are the same pose at Britains Danish Livgarde (set 2019)and have had a head transplant with a French kepi.

Not sure about the officer though,

John

First group are a line infantry regiment in review dress. The white helmet denotes that they are on service overseas (or about to go). Royal Marine Light Infantry would have dark blue facings (collar and cuff).
Many regiments of the line had white facings. In Britains' Famous Regiments series sets 1556-1402), there were 14! But all these were presented in the marching pose.
As is usual with this collection, the figures are all are painted with care. Certainly neater than original Britains would have been! I've recast and painted a couple of dozen of these guys myself, for use as route liners in a Durbar display.
