Help ID this Monaco Mignot Set (2 Viewers)

I'm back. I think this is a Monaco set, since the officer had a Monaco sticker on the base, but I can't find the name of this set. It came in a Mignot box , and someone wrote Hussard de la Mort and I know it isn't that set. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year and thanks in advance for the help.

There are probably better experts on the forum but to me it looks like you have a mix of their color guard and color party sets - but that’s just a best guess although I don’t think I’ve seen that officer before
