help identify the maker (1 Viewer)

Are there any markings under the base, and do you have any of the original packaging? How did you measure the 65mm?

I think it depicts a Russian soldier from the First World War, though it could also be WWII. It looks like it's cast in pewter, as opposed to the white metal alloys used by toy soldier makers. But the size fits roughly into that used by K&C or Del Prado. The base is similar to the sculpting of bases on some Del Prado foot figures. I'm not saying that it's a Del Prado figure, but I wouldn't be surprised if this were cast in China.
