Something's wrong with your links. When I follow them, my browser (Firefox 57) opens a new tab, but never completes loading the Photobucket page with your image.

Here's one of my own images from Photobucket. I chose the "IMG" link for sharing, which looks like your first one, so let's see what happens:

OK, I got your first image to show; it looked like there was a carriage return between "~/albums/" and "k584". Maybe it crept in when cutting and pasting. Anyway, I deleted it from the string of text, and now the image shows:

I edited your second link string to the same format, just image tag-URL down to the name of the jpeg file and closing image tag, and now I can see it:

You're right, they're definitely Zouaves. But I can't identify the maker. The markings on the underside of the base look vaguely familiar, but I can't place them. The monogram looks like an "H" superimposed on an "M". Hopefully someone else can identify it.

Prost!

The style of the sculpts reminds me of early Norman Newton/Stadden. I'm not saying that that's what these are, just that the style of sculpting reminds me of them.

These are Hinchliffe figures from England sculpted by Julian Bennasi.
