Somebody teach me about the QR series from Jenkins.

There is very little info on any website I go to.

How old?
How many sets?
How many made?
Prices?
etc................

Any links would be a big help.

Mike-
There were a few discussions about this set. I believe there was only one set released - QR-01. In a nutshell, it was limited to 250 but only about 135 or so were released. Apparently John did not care for it too much and it was not listed on his website. I found a set at the GB Antique Center - raised it here and a few members checked into it further. It was still available until very recently from the GBAC. They were selling them for $92 but they are all gone now (I think). Doug,

Thanks,

I read all 56 posts on that link and I'm pretty clear on what they are, what they look like, when they were made, how many there are and how collectors percieve them.

Thanks again.

My opinion is that the QR-01 is of the same quality as the Frontline/John Jenkins releases, thinking the 2006 RR run (green boxes).

Hello fellows
If you want to see a photograh of this QR1 there is a set visible on ebay.
I had the luck to buy one and I can say that these figures look like all the others Jenkins. But for the Jenkins for Frontlines , I had them all in the past and I manage to have again very recently the WI 4. Except the WI 1 , these figures are of a smaller scale and the guns are thinner.
Best regards.
Thierry
