I have just spotted these 2 pieces on ebay and dont recognize them as being K&C unless they are original pieces from the glossy period . Checked Sagers and nothing showing . I have 2 versions of the facade but neither has the door detail .

Any help appreciated as neither is in original box . I queried the building with the seller as no RTA buildings had been released as far as I knew and he sent back a picture of the base with King and Country stamped on it.

I have never seen these pieces and they are not part of the 1996 release; the papier mache release is different. I wonder if they come from Kings X.

The seller is Ted of Ted's Toys. I will try to call him later today to see if he can give me more details.

Mirof, your post wasn't particularly helpful.

I found this photo under the Dramatic Display section of the Kings X website but couldn't find it in the product catalogue.

Ted didn't have any further information, unfortunately.

Thanks for the effort . If Ted is a dealere maybe it was a promotional piece . Think I will try for both pieces and risk it as I havent bought anything for a long long time and the anniversary is coming up .

Steve,

Ted is not a K & C dealer. He said he bought both pieces at an auction.

Sorry, will never do that again; trying to help ...........
No, just joking, I just try to show that they were a lot of versions of this façade, that it could be genuine and not a fake . {sm2}
On K&C webb they wrote themselves about RTA092
This is the 4th or maybe 5th version K&C has made of this legendary facade. It’s a great backdrop for any “Alamo” collection and every “Alamo” collector.
