Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately none of them presente a logo or name. Have listed the other info below:

1st Picture: metal (55mm).

2nd Picture: metal (35mm). I was told it was produced in France, not sure if this info is correct.

3rd Picture: plastic (55mm).

Once again, thanks for your attention.

Can't be sure who made them, but the plastic figures in the last picture appear to be Marx molds/copies of figures from their Robin Hood playsets. -- Al

just searched in Google and they really seem to be copies of the mentioned playset. Thanks!

Snowdrop is a nickname for Military Police (MP)

Yep, because of the white helmets (sorry for being obvious).

The figures in the second photo may or may not have been made in France, but they look like wargaming figures. They're not "toy soldiers", as such, but made specifically for use on the sand table. Despite the garish paint, I believe they are Romans, Praetorian guard, but I may be mistaken. They could have been made by any one of a dozen or more gaming figure makers.

Prost!

JMZ,

Following on from Brad you could post images of those 28mm wargames figures on a Wargames forum like the Lead Adventure Forum. There are and have been a lot of manufacturers over the years.

Are there any markings on the base?

You could strip and repaint them fairly easily.

Will do that, thanks for the suggestion. No markings on the base.
