HIRIART Balkan War Montenigrin Reserve Infantry (1 Viewer)

This is a special commission set of Montenegrin Infantry from the 1912 Balkan War. It is the third set that I have commissioned from Hiriart covering this conflict. In 2013, I ordered Bulgarian and Greek Infantry. In 2015, I will be ordering Romanian Infantry and in 2016, Serbian Infantry. In addition to these special commission sets, Hiriart already has made sets of Balkan War Greek Sailors, Cretan Gendarmerie, and Turkish Infantry. Britains, at one time, also had Montenegrin Infantry in its product line, but they were wearing less colorful, khaki uniforms with pillbox hats. The Montenegrin uniforms I ordered are in traditional regional dress as worn by the reserves. The flag is a battalion standard with the royal coat of arms and the king's cypher, in cyrillic, in the center.

Thanks Randy, I am glad you like. It is a unique set that I don't recall seeing before from other manufacturers. I didn't mention in the first post that there are five of these sets on order: three pre-ordered by other collectors, one for me, and one for resale. If you want, you can have the resale set rather than waiting until 2016 to order it. Please let me know. Reminder: you have three sets coming shortly in the current 2014 order (1078 Turkish Navy, 1205 Grenadier Guards & Pioneers, and 1343 FFL Bir Hakim).
