This is a stock photo of my Hiriart Set 1096 CARABINEROS DE CHILE. They are a national paramilitary police force similar to France's Gendarmerie, Italy's Carabinieri, and Spain's Carabineros.
A few years ago, Old Toy Soldier Auctions had this older version of the Carabineros de Chile in their catalog. I like the new version with the addition of the Chilean flag and chin straps on their hats.
