Hiriart has several versions of this cavalry school in its catalog. This is set 1061 COLEGIO MILITAR DE LA NACION, CABALLERIA, ARGENTINA which I have in my collection. Their red, white, and blue uniforms are very colorful

In this version, catalog set 1094, the figures are parade step marching at left shoulder arms.
