This is the only set I have in my collection from Brazil. It is Hiriart's Set 1300 ESCOLA NAVAL VERANO, BRASIL which has three flag bearers. I don't speak Portuguese, but I assume "verano" means summer.

Summer in Portuguese is actually verão. Maybe Hiriart just decided to go with the Spanish word for summer. I lived in Brasil and can read it a bit (but not speak it anymore).

Nice set, however.

Thanks Brad. It looks like they used both Portuguese and Spanish in the set's title which is a little unusual, but I agree that it is a nice set.
 
This is different Hiriart catalog set which shows the figures in their blue winter uniforms. It is Set 1118 ESCOLA NAVAL, BRASIL.
