This is Hiriart's Set 1103 ESCUELA MILITAR BERNANDO O'HIGGINS, CHILE. You can clearly see the Prussian military influence on their attractive uniforms. Although I don't currently have this set in my collection, it is on my 2014 Hiriart order along with a number of other Latin America sets.

Although Hiriart has made many Latin American band sets, most of them have been non-catalog specials based on regular catalog nine man sets. However, catalog Set 1251 ESCUELA MILITAR BERNANDO O'HIGGINS BAND, CHILE is an exception; it is also one of the best looking of their bands, in my opinion.

Hiriart has also made a non-catalog version of set 1103 with the figures wearing white, summer tunics and black pants.
