Patron3085 has another non-catalog Hiriart set on eBay. It is the GRENADIER GUARDS, SUDAN CAMPAIGN. The most striking thing about this set is the helmets they are wearing which are the same as in Hiriart's 21st Lancers set.

Demonstrates pretty neatly, how a head swap and a splash of paint, can make up a "new figure" Mike. This is just the sort of thing that I like to do myself - as and when I can get hold of castings versions of course - which sadly, Hiriart don't do. Nice looking figures these Guards in the Sudan.

JB, you are right. This is a perfect example of how a few minor changes, especially the head swaps, can create a whole new look.
