These are partial non-catalog sets of a contemporary Bolivian regiment: SATINDORES ANDINOS NRO. 25, TOCOPILLA, BOLIVIA. Tocopilla is a Chilean port on the Pacific coast which Bolivia lost during the War of the Pacific in the 19th century thereby cutting off their access to the Pacific and making Bolivia a land locked country.
