That is a really nice set and interesting subject. You don't usually get to see these guys marching. They would look great walking down a road lined with pine trees

I am glad you like Hiriart's figures. It has been my pleasure to share them on the Forum. Many of us who love tradition, 54mm glossy toy soldiers, have come to collect the 340 sets in the catalog of this small company from Uruguay. FYI: There is an importer of Hiriart sets (sorry, I don't know his name) who regularly attends the London shows.

In 2009, I ordered a special, non-catalog set of World War II German Kriegsmarine in winter uniforms. Actually, I ordered two sets, one for me and one for Bob Walker. It is hard to see from the photos, but the greatcoats are dark blue.

Hiriart has also done German paratroopers in winter camouflage uniforms based on catalog set 1217 WORLD WAR II FALLSCHIRMJAEGER. The first photo is the catalog set while the second is the winter non-catalog version.
