I had a little fun converting the HJB halftrack to a Afrika Korps halftrack. I'm still working on it. I need some decals and a few other details. But this is what I have so far. HJB conversion

That looks pretty darn good. Can you tell us how you did it (for those who don't know how to paint).

I airbrushed it with Tamiya's desert yellow acrylic paint. Then I painted the paint chips and use pastels to weather it a little to make it look battle worn. I looking for some "Greif" decals for it.

Tamiya used to make a model kit of this half track that was 1:35 scale it had very good decals in it you might be able to find it. Just a thought. It looks very good.

Wow, I really like it. You have done a great job. Airfix used to have a 1/32 model of the halftrack, if you could find those decals it would be perfect.
