HK094 has unusual base (1 Viewer)

This set is the only set I found so far in the HK series that has something other than a plain base...anyone know of another set that has a similiar base in the HK line?

Dear "MarkeytMaker":

I am not aware of any other HK or SOOHK sets that have the realistic "ground cover" stands. The reason is that this HK094 set is really just a "do over" of a set from K&C's old Vietnam War series! I have this set myself on my Streets of Old Hong Kong display and they blend in just fine and therefore I do not object to K&C's "makeover" of a set from their Vietnam series that I do not believe was too popular. I recall seeing this same set in perhaps different colors in an old K&C ad flyer from many years ago now that covered the Vietnam War series of sets.

Yes, the figures are a repaint from Vietnam series.

I've got the brochre and can see them both in it.

The woman has dark blue trousers while the seller has a dark grey/black top and trousers.... maybe he's VC ?????
