Hi,
it does come with 2.
and i agree with you its not cheap. But its my Holy Grail tank.

I hope there are gold nuggets inside the tank.....:p
Just kidding, it's the asking price from seller which could be any thing....

Why the high price what is so special about it?

The tanks were made to your specifications (camo, insignias, etc.) and they were probably the best made Tigers to date (although FL owners may argue with that). In addition, Honour Bound subsequently ceased operations due to the vagaries of the Argentine economy and owners tend not to sell their Tigers; few show up on eBay. A few years ago, Treefrog sold on eBay some surplus inventory Anna had of the Gold vehicles and I recall that they went for around $2,000 or so. I may be wrong about the price but they were very expensive.

The seller must agree with P.T. Barnum...………

Yeah, I get it, only so many made, it's #1 of the production run, they are no longer available, people who bought them tend to hang onto them...………..

All of that said; yikes.

Wow what a deal... Unfortunately I am saving my money for Conte's new figures that are sure to come out any day now....

This kind of insane pricing continues E-Bay's tradition of wacko dealers asking idiot prices (in all fields of selling), and must have legitimate dealers shaking their heads in disgust. That said, it also makes the hobby look a little nuts, but one must never underestimate the wisdom of PT Barnum in these cases. :rolleyes2: -- Al

The person selling it is not a dealer, nor is he a wacko, as you quaintly put it. He is a member here in good standing who has a large collection and has an asset that he knows is rare and prized. You may not like the price but nothing warrants you calling him names.

Thank you Brad, you said it better than i can.

cheers

Serge :)

My apologies to the individual I slighted. I had no idea he was a forum member/collector and I certainly wouldn't have knowingly insulted a fellow member. -- Al
