These guys were real heroes, they worked in very dangerous circumstances , during air raids, entering crumbling buildings, in the dark and with unexploded bombs nearby. They risked their lives every day to rescue people who would have died without them. They have my greatest respect and admiration.

The Commandos with rafts/ canoes will be awesome ! and go well with existing commando figures :wink2:

Evidently there will be two canoes. One with both crew members paddling, the second with the rear canoist holding the craft steady while the front figure disembarks - should be most impressive!

The 'Citizens of London' reference reminded me of Kennedy's claim later that 'all free men, wherever they may live, are citizens of Berlin'. How times change and at such speed!
