It may be repetitive Brad but now the dust has settled I was just wondering how many guys are actually ordering it. Also its a brand new,very exciting release and I think discussion about it is valid.

Well, at least it's not a poll. IMO, someone (a Brit) has lusted after an affordable K&C Warbird for so long he is positively giddy to get one. Did I say one? I meant to say series.

I am getting the Hurricane but have no plans to do a display or purchase the RAF figures - too much new K&C armour coming out to do both. I think it interesting that for K&C aircraft fans, there is now the possibility of 2 airfield scenarios, RAF and Luftwaffe.

I am curious too as how quickly the Hurricane sells out and whether K&C will make more than 400 of the Spitfire. Also curious as to how well an Me109 will sell given there are already Luftwaffe figures available. Will German aircraft sell as well as British ones and as well as German armour does?

I have ordered the Hurricane. I believe that an Me109 will sell better than a Hurricane. There seems to be a lot of interest in German items from WW2. I currently have a Luftwaffe display using Corgi warbirds so I am hoping K&C will make a Me109 and maybe even a Fw190. I would also like to see a Spitfire.

Yes it will be very interesting to see how all the new stuff sells and if Luftwaffe planes are coming how they fare against the RAF.Either way we win,its all good.

And don't even start me on that new Ambulance

I would guess as much 1/72 Corgi and Hobby Master pacific aircraft sell as does the European theatre aircraft. The Hobby Master Pacific planes sell out and I would guess they are only produced in the hundreds and not thousands similar to the K&C Hurricane run..

How about a base of part of a carrier deck and bridge to put some of the Pacific aircraft on?

And Andy, don't forget the Russians had some good aircraft too. But please do the Russian armour first.

For comparison the Corgi had 4 limited 1/32 Spitfire Mk I versions with issue sizes ranging from 1600 to 2500 and one unlimited one. The limited combat editions all sold out fairly soon and about half of their Hurricane editions did as well. Conversely only one of their 1500 issue 109G versions did and the same was true for their P-51Ds.
