This book by author Nicholson Baker, which appears to be a pacifist view of WW II, is featured in tomorrow's NYT book review section. It looks at WW II from a view other than what we see it as: a just war, one that had to be fought and so forth and according to what's been said on Amazon, FDR and Churchill are seen as warmongerers. This is not a view that the people on this board (including me) would suscribe to but on the other hand sometimes it's good to have your inner beliefs analyzed and challenged.
