Sound of train whistle is heard in distance over the scent of burning coal.

While religion may have come to the town of
Straight Knives, bending those forks through Rusty Spoons was much more difficult. Turns out that Big Spooner's well was dryer than he claimed. Had it not been for the construction of the new Rusty Rails Train Depot and a few "additional promises", those rails would never have made it from Bent Forks to Straight Knives with a short stop in Rusty Spoons. Business at the Golden Nugget was never better and with the new Telegraph Machine, Isabella; who was quite "A Looker", was able to call her more "fulsome-bodied" sister telling her about the "mucho dinero" to be had in the saloon. Rosalita would soon arrive but with her would come a few jealous Banditos to follow.

A face off between the Bandito Brothers and the Lawmen of Rusty Spoons was on the horizon...

Great backstory Rob. Linking Rusty Spoons by rail to Straight Knives has stalled in negotiations. Before the railway executives agree to extending the line, they want assurances from the army that they will provide protection from marauding Indians. Time will tell, but the towns lifeline relies on the Iron horse. Robin.

Thanks Robin. What's a good western without some Indians. I look forward to your next scene. :wink2:

Thats a top photo mate. I like the other close up but this panorama wins the prize

Excellent, Rob! The storyline you put together is brilliant!

My dad was a huge Johnny Cash fan and I naturally fell in line. The Man in Black's last studio album before his death was, American IV: The Man Comes Around, and I think it is some of his best work. It is an accumulation of his older songs along with music written by other artists. I believe this album is a profound reflection on his life and his artistic ability really drives this home.

Hey Mark, thanks buddy. I have as much fun with the story telling as I do the dios, esp. when others share their amazing scenes and stories. Enjoyable to read about your Dad and Johnny Cash as well.
Really makes our hobby fun!
Always appreciate your comments.
