It's a very famous propaganda poster. It honours the German SS Police.
The slogan is "The Police In Front Line Service"
The full poster has a 2nd line below the first line that says "Day Of The German Police" The blank circle at the eagle's tail and in the top right corner of the poster are blanked out SS symbols
The poster can be bought over the internet - but probably not in Germany. The reputation of the SS Police is not good.
