Probably only Hank Williams fans are interested. Opens 25 March.

The story of the country-western singer Hank Williams, who in his brief life created one of the greatest bodies of work in American music. The film chronicles his rise to fame and its tragic effect on his health and personal life.

Looking forward to seeing this. If you're not a Hank Williams fan, you're not a music fan.

I'm sure the makers of the movie will be desperately missing that one extra sale :rolleyes2:

Brad,
I have no issue with the movie at all.

However your sweeping comment about not being a Hank Williams fan equates to not being a music fan was a bit of a stretch to say the least. I have heard the name but have no idea about him or his songs.
From Wiki I learn that he died in 1953 so you will have to forgive my lack of knowledge.

Hope his fans enjoy the movie.
Brett

Re: - 2016

This critic really didn't like the movie. He has never produced or directed anything,
so he should know all about how to do so. I haven't seen it yet.

This one is a little better, and for the reason the first one didn't like it.

I don't think many movie reviewers have produced or directed a movie and doubt the 2nd reviewer has either. Same would apply to book reviewers who have not written books.
