The pictish king from the old Robert Howard (the guy who created Conan the Barbarian, Red Sonja, etc.) adventure novels?

for what ever reason louis, i knew that you would be the one to comment and know who it was. reh and edgar rice burroughs were and still are 2 of my favorite authors... always a pleasure reading your posts...

I also love Edgar Rice Borroughs. Those Tarzan novels are classics! I have a book called Five Great Adventure Novels, which includes "The Lost World" by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, King Solomon's Mines, the Prisoner of Zenda, The red Robe and P.C. Wren's classic Beau Geste. I love 19th and early 20th Century adventure Novels, as well as the pulp fiction novels of the '20's and 30's.

louis, if you tell me that frank frazetta is one of your favorite painters/illustraters and the greatest comic series of all times is prince valiant by hal foster, we're in definite trouble. andy

...So I thought I'd throw out this thread and see where it ends up...

Tis obvious to the most casual of observers that this thread has gone there and back again and is presently going nowhere in a forward direction at a leisurely pace.

I am not sure that you understand what you thought it was that you heard me say.
But, I am sure that what you think you heard is not what I meant:p

But remember this, "No matter where you go, there you are!"

Today is the tommorow that you thought about yesterday. What day is this?:D

And don't forget the seven “ps"
P number one: Positive
P number two: Planning
P number three: Prevents
P number four: Piss
P number five: Poor
P number six: Performance
P number seven: Possibly

This thread is definitely an adherent of the seven P's philosophy.

"The time has come" the Walrus said
"To talk of many things:
of shoes--and ships--and sealing wax--
of cabbages--and kings--
and why the sea is boiling hot--
and whether pigs have wings."
