The colored sequel:

It's sometimes fun to revisit older vehicles with newer figures.

EDIT: K&C's Austin K2 Ambulance (EA027) is a classic piece with character and personality. She's heavy, solid, and truly a signature piece from 2000, an oldie but a goodie!

One of my all-time favourite British war movies of all the late 1950's...alongwith one of K&C's best Military Ambulances! Thankyou for presenting it here and....Well done.
Happy Easter, Andy.

Agree Rob, adding new figures can give a new dimension at times. You can imagine what this officer is thinking. Robin.

Great shots , great film , nice work:salute::

Great photo WB and one of my favourite films.

In the closing sequence of the film, when "Otto" having been revealed and had his Carlsberg and as he is driven away, if you don't blink there is a Land Rover parked in the Square !

Oh and another thing, when I was there a few years ago I came across this square and it's in Tripoli, obviously it was a movie stand in for Alex, since relations weren't so good between Britain and Egypt at the time because of Suez Crisis of 1956.
