Can anyone identify the manufactor of this figure and when it was produced?

That is a Barclay figure made in the 1940's. B128, officer with gas mask, cast helmet. Value is around $11.00-21.00.Barclay and Manoil companies were the largest producers of Dimestore figures in the US. Both companies were on East Coast- New York and New Jersey area. Leadmen.
