ID Russian Maker (1 Viewer)

I just found a box of some of my older figures. There is a mounted Russian Figure that I can't place the manufacturer.

The bottom is very plain (no artist ID, etc). The manufacturer logo is a capital "R" with a crown on top of it and it says "Made in Russia"

Any ideas?
