Thought id start a thread on what id like to see in the future from the Redcoats line,

Kettle Drummer 1st Horse 1750's

I found this picture the other day & thought it was a really unusual uniform & that it would make a great release, what do you guys think?

Id also like to see a marching officer & standard bearers to go with the 1768 29th foot figures released a few years back!

What do you want to see made next?

I have wanted to do a mounted drummer for years now. I really like the uniforms from 1751 to the 1768 regulations and think they show well in the Classic Redcoats gloss style.
I also need additional figures for my 29th foot, however as these are long gone I doubt that we will ever come back to that regiment. By the way my cat thinks we need more too!

I agree Ken, the 1750's to 1770's uniforms are great & id love to see you do a mounted drummer ^&grin

its a shame your not going to continue with the 29th foot figures I amassed quiet an army & they really need a colour party to go with them :(

I don't think that cat is the right scale personally, nice paint job though, but I would prefer it glossy. ;) The figures look very interesting, not seen them before.

Hi Ken

How about some of the Indian Army units and maybe a Gurkha or two. I know that they didn't wear red but they certainly are missing from the lines.

Just some food for thought.

I do not wish to hijack the thread but this picture made me think of the Goodies episode with the huge cat. Anyone else?

I'd like to see any cavalry added to the series. We're starting to see some British cavalry from the Seven Years War, like John Jenkins' and Tradition's dragoon figures, and John Eden has the old Rose castings in his catalog, and you can backdate Imrie-Risley's Revolutionary War British light dragoons, but it would be nice to see more and varied mounted figures.

Prost!

I totally agree Brad, we definitely need to see more cavalry in the redcoats range! I personally would love to see a mounted horseguard in greatcoat from the Napoleonic era ^&grin

Kitty Kong Lives! Hard to find many that remember that show in the states.

The Goodies - absolutely classic comedy, still giggle at some of their sketches.
