Assuming the seller is y-weido, it purports to be Thomas Gunn. Perhaps a line they were thinking of producing, but one that either got shelved or cancelled so they'd be your best ones to ask the question off. If the Golden Age is any clue my guess would be 16th C. Tudor English !

You are correct about the seller. I asked the seller if the figure was English, French or German. He replied German, however, I like you answer better! LOL
