I haven't had an answer from Mike Miller whose from Galveston the current target for IKE. I've a hunch he's taken the advise to leave the area and hope it's so. Keeping my fingers crossed and saying a prayer or two that his home isn't in jeopardy and that all turns out well..............The Lt.

I'm in Houston and getting ready for tonight when the hurricane hits. Problem is I have a flight on Sunday but the airport is closed Saturday and then it will open upon further notice so its going to be crazy on Sunday if its open.

glad to here you all are ok alex, i have seen some terrible images on the news from the hurricane, looks like a war zone, you are a true treefrogger, you go threw a major hurricane and you still find time to check in with us!!!! seriously though hope everyone stays save and our prayers are with you all......sammy

No damage to the house but some neighbors weren't so lucky. I was helping them clean up yesterday and will continue today. Everyone is safe so that's the best thing.
