I'm not sure where the right place for this is... (1 Viewer)

Hi, Wendy, welcome over at the 'Frog, and thanks for posting. TM Terrain put up the notice last week and we've got our eyes peeled.

So how many forums are you on now? :D

Prosit!

It's good to know the whole hobby is keeping an eye out, since I found the posting on a mini painting site. (Sorry about the repeat post though...)

Hehe, too many. :D I don't post as much as I used to, but the bunch I do frequent are always sources of inspiration and when I do get around to posting some pics, constructive critique.

I thought I recognized your avatar, Brad.
Are you going to be barkeep again? :)

Hi, Wendy, no need to apologize, like you say, it's good that everyone's watching now.

Yes, I'll be tending bar again, with my buddies Scott and Dennis. As the "younger" guys in the club, it falls to us. We've been told, though, we're not allowed to have any beer Thursday night-last year, the show chairman was worried because we didn't get to the Chase Center until 9AM. We don't know what he was worried about, we just had some chili, and couple of stouts or so :)

We're looking forward to the show, there should be a good crowd of painters again this year. I'm hoping more of the guys here at Treefrog who build dioramas, and repaint or bash commercial figures, will bring their work along for people to see up close. There were some really great pieces last year in the toy soldier category, it's nice to see the category start to come back vis-a-vis the connoisseur categories.

Prost!
Brad
