Information on manufactures (1 Viewer)

After reading the blog from rharry, 'private 1st class', posted 5-22-2012 I have several questions. He mentioned two manufactures, TG and CS. Who are they? Also if it is allowed on this blog, who sells these companys? I am new to the hobby and if anyone can help Me I would appreciate it.

CS is Collectors Showcase and TG is Thomas Gunn. Many dealers sell them. Our hosts, Treefrog Treasures, sell Thomas Gunn, and Collectors Showcase is sold by many people. Since you are in the South, I could recommend Troops of Time (owned by Tim Tyler) or Minuteman Toy Soldiers in Massachusetts (owned by George Guerriero, who is Warrior on this Forum).

Other princiapal manufacturers, since I gather you're interested in World War II, are King & Country (www.kingandcountry.com), Figarti Miniatures (www.figarti.com) and First Legion (www.firstlegionltd.com)

Point of clarification: Britains doesn't make WW II or they make very little.

John Jenkins doesn't generally make WW II but they do have a couple of WW II planes that are nice. Their WW I Knights of the Skies is phenomenal.
