I don't how many of you have been watching the series "A Football Life" on the NFL Network but I heartily recommend this series, even if you're not a football fan.
Last week's episode about Mike Ditka was one of the best. It gave you a real glimpse into what Coach Ditka is all about: what you see is what you get and Ditka was never shy in telling what he thought. His is a real life-sized personality as they saw. One of the people interviewed for the program, Rick Telander (at least I think it was him) said he was the anti-Belichick, gregarious and garrulous. One of the best lines Coach Ditka said was that after awhile he learned how to deal with the media. He treated them all the same, "like dirt."
