guys and gals

Just to let you know that i have reached my pledged amount of £2500 to three charities in the UK, for doing IMUK. However every pound and penny now that i get over the £2500 will be going to Help for heros (helping UK troops wounded and injured)

What is IRONMAN?

its:-

2.2mile swim followed by 112miles cycling and then a marathon run. my target time is 15 - 16hrs and having reached my pledged amount will be a lot happy. It has also made my training (5am starts for two hours) and then 3hours in the evening worthwhile.

I have many donations from the Toy soldier industry and collectors alike...............but there is always time for some more.

The race is on the 1st of August in Bolton UK and i am race bib number 841

you can track it live (ha ha if you want to) on ironmanlive.com and read about the race on ironmanuk.com

IF you still want to sponsor me then you can by donating direct to me at K&C UK office (UK cheques please leave blank) or you can go to my site and donate here

remember if you are a UK citizen then you can give even more by using GIFT aid cost you nothing but the charity gets more money.

Have a look and help me out and now the troops!!!
