Is anyone familiar the Mickey Talbot I have some figures with his signature (1 Viewer)

I am still going through the large collection of figures and came across some with "Mickey Talbot" written on the bottom and was wondering if anyone does/knew him. Here are a couple of examples of what I found:

The "USAF Pilot", by the way, looks a lot like the Squadron/Rubin USMC pilot figure. The French hussar officer also looks like a Squadron/Rubin figure to me.

It appears I should just send you the questions direct. Thanks for the information. I didn't think it was by anyone special, but I though I would just ask, since he went to the trouble of signing and dating the figures. Thanks again for taking the time to answer ALL my questions.

Of course, I'm always happy to help with questions, but I would continue to post them here in the forum if I were, so everyone can see them, and contribute and learn. There's a group of us here who love these puzzles.

So far, no one recognizes Talbot's name. So, he wasn't a member of the MFCA, in any case. Whether he's recognized elsewhere, say, in the UK, I can't say. Or he was just a collector/painter who signed his pieces. If I do turn anything up, I'll post back with it.
