Having trouble figuring out what Britains figure this is. Is it Picture Pack 1279B or something else. Thanks in advance.

Trooper from set 2074 1st (King's) Dragoon Guards. Same figure is picture 1 on pg 40 of Rose's Collector's Guide. The Picture Pack only trooper is on a trotting horse (not cantering) and has a falling plume.
