Is this Colonel Shaw? (1 Viewer)

I have a set of Britains "Shaw and Carney" 54th Massachusetts Command Set. It was donated so the pieces might not be accurate. Sergeant Carney is right but researching the figurine that is supposed to be Colonel Robert Gould Shaw, this is what everybody online is selling, a figurine in a forward-moving pose with his sword drawn forward: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BRITAINS...S-METAL-TOY-SOLDIER-COMMAND-SET-/281239224245

And this is the figurine I have in the box. Figurine has fallen backward. Wondering if it's the wrong figurine, correct figurine, what set it really belongs to, if it's just a remodeling, etc. Thanks for your help!

I don't recognise the figure but it is not Shaw from the Britains set

I have the Shaw figure. He has a drawn sword and is leaning forward as he runs. He is wearing something similar to a Hardee hat, not a kepi.
