Jacobite Exhibition Edinburgh (1 Viewer)

Thanks for the post and links Jedburgh.

This looks to be a must see exhibition if you have an interest in 17th or 18th century history. Having been to Edinburgh for short stays in each of the past two summers sadly I won't be visiting this year but I am sure t'internet will bring some of this fab experience to our armchairs.

If you add this to the Castle and it's two regimental museums (not to mention the Scottish Crown Jewels, artillery pieces and fortifications) and some of Edinburgh's other collections such as the Museum on the Mound (compelling stuff here) and the Royal Yacht (a must see even if you are not a naval buff) then you could spend a very fulfilling long weekend in the city being amazed and delighted!
