any chance FOV would do a 1/32 Jagdpanzer IV in the near future? that, the nashorn, and a panzer II are the last of the German tanks/mobile guns on my 1/32 wishlist. I was so hopeful 21st or FOV would eventually do one. Now we are down to just FOV.

well, if worse come to worse, go find the old Mongram model kit of the Jagdpanzer IV/L70 in styrene. One of the better kits in that range and certainly better than anything 21C could produce. Admittedly this about the hardest of the old Monogram Pz IV series to get, but with a bit of effort it's a fun build.

I actually have that model already put together and was admiring it a short while ago. I have had it since I was about 14 or 15, along with the Pz IV, wirbelwind, and brumbar. Great models!

And to possibly satisfy your 1/32 Nashorn craving, Bandai made a 1/30 scale Hummel, which is actually 1/32. Put it next to a 21st century 1/32 panzer IV and they are definitely compatible. The Bandai chassis is a bit longer, but since the real thing was lengthened it actually works out like it's supposed to. Now, back to the Nashorn: I have one of these Hummel kits and I have plans to convert it from Hummel to Nashorn by changing a few things here and there and then making the PAK 43/1 that goes in it. It is a little more involved than just your average build, but it is always worth it to create something so unique as a 1/32 Nashorn.
