Hey guys,
Looking for a good source for the Japanese magazine Armour, I've seen a couple of projects in them I'd like to try.
Do you know a good shop or source were I could get them at a reasonable price?
Ray

Dear Ray,
If you are asking about Armour Modeling magazine, one source is Hobby Link Japan (www.hlj.com), which was started by an American in Japan as a source of Japanese hobby products for the U.S. and the rest of the world. Look in "Books and Mags" section, then "All New Items," then scroll down to "Armour Modeling." The magazine costs 1314 Yen. Items from this website are charged to credit cards in Japanese Yen, so there is an added currency conversion fee by the credit card company. I sometimes buy this magazine on impulse from a Japanese bookstore in San Francisco, where it costs US$18.35, so the price with shipping from HLJ is slightly better.:)

Dear Ray,
Have you seen the June, 2006 Issue (Vol. 80) of Armour Modeling which shows a Bergepanther conversion and diorama made entirely from the cardboard box of the original 1/48 Panther tank and the plastic sprue?:)

Hi Steve,
As a matter of fact that's the issue I was mainly interested in! The Bergepanther is sweet, too much talent for me, but as I like to accesorize my collection, I'll keep that article handy when the HB Bergepanther comes out. The article on the Bren gun carrier is the one that caught my eye as I'm thinking about a repaint.
Ray
PS I've ordered the issue yesterday, thanks for the info again.
