In the last year or 2 we've seen 3 versions of the Jeep, that's all good, but I CAN"T BELIEVE ANDY HASN"T DONE AN SAS VERSION!!!
The SAS jeep is one of the high temples of K&C's historied lines and would sell more than all 3 combined! I don't get it?
Ray :confused::eek:

Ray. K&C did do a SAS Brit. Desert Rat Jeep.
Was a few years back. Some one probably has the details somewhere..

OC,
I know he did back in the old days before most of us knew and could afford one, it's way past time to revisit it! He's got the basics, lets have a production model before I have to convert one of the existing jeeps myself!!

I have been working on Andy on this subject for a while. I hope you guys showing interest will help convince him to revisit the LRDG and SAS.

Both the LRDG and the SAS would be very welcome and most popular i'm sure.You got my vote!

Rob:)

Have you seen the shots of the second Figarti SAS jeep? The jeep itself is excellent, and one of the figures with it is about the best I've seen from Figarti (the second figure is not quite as well posed and sculpted). I smell a LRDG Chevy 30 CWT Truck in the near future!

...but hey are not compatible with KC's Eight Army. My heart is bleeding here. Hope Andy will ressurect the old LRDG Chevy Truck and a new SAS Jeep. If not, maybe Ana of HB will.

I agree ,SAS jeep and LRDG chevy would be superb,
we have a documentary series running here at the moment
about the kiwi SAS and they featured a few LRDG veterans
talking about their experiences.They reckoned they destroyed
more german and italian planes on the ground in north africa
than the RAF did in the sky.Amazing guys.

Absolutely - to cut production costs maybe a NW Europe and desert version? Hey Scott?
