That's my question too, John :wink2:
A couple more hours and we will know by word and pic, I am sure :)

John is very smart. He saw an opportunity here. Figarti is notoriously late with products and K & C is either not interested or has a polystone fixation.

The company that gets a Stuka to market first will reap the rewards. That may be JJ. Manufacturers are going to have to learn to quickly respond to what consumers want. Seems like John understands that.

Soon Stukas will be like Tigers.

I wonder if the Stuka will be ww 2 or spanish cw scheme? Any inormation regarding this?

Think you make a good point Brad but can't see the demand for three company making the plane .

It is likely to be done in both schemes. John picked the 109E so that he could cross over from one war to the other. An early mark Stuka would allow the same crossover. It would only make sense for JJD to be able to add planes to both the SCW and WW2 lines. -- Al

The Stuka looks great!:smile2: I would love to see John do some of the more obscure aircraft from the Spanish Civil War, but the Stuka is obviously more commercially viable.:wink2:

As well as the master for the Stuka I also saw the master for JJ's WW1 SE2, how can I say it, I'm in!:wink2:

You would think Wayne would be all over this thread, after all his pushing for this plane, he has now gone MIA. Of course he could have just fainted. Whatever the case he will be one happy collector thanks to John, Cheers, Robin.

I was looking at the London Show pictures posted by Rob and I see that JJD has apparently decided to go into the AZW, at least those two redcoats sure look like AZW 24th Foot, to me. :wink2: They look real good. -- Al

Evidendently the first Stuka release will be in Condor Legion markings, then followed by a Luftwaffe version. John Jenkins also mentionned that a PzKw 1 B would be added to the Spanish Civil War range. He's also planning a Soviet built fighter in Republican colours, some International Brigade figures (around March 2012) and a Republican T-26.

Also at the show were some stands for those who wish to display their WWI aircraft "in flight".

I noticed that as well. Waiting to hear more news though.
