JJD Whaleboat....how big is it? (1 Viewer)

Hi, could somebody get their ruler out and measure the Whaleboat and jetty please?

I'm after the length of the boat and 'oar span' for the boat with the crew and also the length and width of the jetty for the unmanned boat.

the whaleboat is about 11"s...

the 2 piece jetty is about 13"s

I keep looking at your Ranger's whaleboat river diorama you posted a while ago.....absolutely fantastic.

I'm thinking of getting the manned boat and the jetty but space us tight. If you, or someone else, could let me know the width of the jetty, the width of the empty boat and the oar-to-oar width of the boat with the crew it would really help.

thanks for the compliment...

the width of the jetty...post to post...is about 3"s...

the width of the widest part of the whaleboat (center) is about 2 3/4"s

On mine and with oars, the width is very close to 9 inches, but could be less if you have the figures "grab" lower on the oars.
