Good morning from a very wet Northern California, where we are getting our first serious rain since December. We are heading to the West Coaster Show tomorrow and hope to see many of you there.

Originally we intended this to be a Mid Month Update, but the Chinese New Year and other things just combined to make this not possible. Good news is we are doing it now.

So here is the latest update for fans of the Collectors Club, plus future releases. Something unusual for John, is he is that he is announcing future releases, which I know you will like.

Hope you enjoy.

Many thanks to all that pre-ordered the Collectors club sets #15 and #16

JJ DESIGNS COLLECTORS’ CLUB SET#15

Rogers’ servant had been with him for many years. During the Battle of Snowshoes they became separated, and the servant found himself travelling with Captain Henry Pringle, and Lieutenant Boyle Roche. Pringle wrote that during the retreat , “one night the servant, straggled from us, where he sat down, fell asleep and died immediately, tho a very strong man.”

In Ideal situations, each British field artillery battery would have a travelling forge. The forgehad to be light and portable, in order to be able to properly repair any carriage or artillery piece that had become disabled.

Travel Plans
Unfortunately due to some minor health problems everything is a little bit behind schedule. This has meant that I have had to cancel my trip to the London March show, and unfortunately also the trip to the USA in May.

We have a couple more images that would not fit on the page to come.

Well we hope you are looking forward to these as much as I am, especially my favorite the Woodland Indians, British Grenadiers and plus the French in fact all of them. Hope you will enjoy these soon.

Best regards

Repeat after me, "THE FULL REGIMENT", "THE FULL REGIMENT", "THE FULL REGIMENT" - NOT A SQUAD, DETAIL, PLATOON OR COMPANY - "THE FULL REGIMENT" !!!!

I love the collectors club figures.

Out of interest, I thought I'd list the club sets so far and the number made, in order (high to low):

Set Number made
Lt. William Dunbar Monongahela 1755 456
Chief Scarouyady Monongahela 1755 431
2 French Officers, Ensign Durantaye, and Cadet Richelieu 381
Colonel Halkett & Son 44th Foot Monongahela 1755 376
Captain Henry Pringle and Ensign Andrew Ross 366
RED JACKET, CHIEF OF THE SENECAS 348
Captain JOHN NORTON, “THE SNIPE” 334
CAPTAIN ROBERT STEWART, with Wounded Horse 332
CHAPLAIN PHILIP HUGHES with Wounded Grenadier 322
Lieutenant Spendelowe, and Midshipman Haynes 308
Lieutenant Francis James Buchanan, and Light Coehorn Mortar 288
CAPTAIN NATHAN TOWSON 258
Roger's Servant 232
MOTAR WAGON 228
English Travelling Blacksmith's Forge 221

I'm glad I've got RRB-03 on order!

Just out of interest, as I can't remember, what era are Red Jacket and Captain JOHN NORTON, “THE SNIPE”? 1812 or FIW?
