Got mine today. Another home run from JJD. These Jacobites are the best figures on the market. -- lancer

Very nice Mike, he looks great in your little dio. If I were to collect JJ it would have to be the Jacobite's :)

SNAP! .....I couldn't agree more, this is my favourite at the moment. The good fellas at TMT keep me up supplied with the latest releases to reach the UK and much to my pleasure guests to my house (notably the non-toy soldier collecting types) always comment most favourably upon the the Jacobite Rebellion figures displayed in my cabinet.

My sanity is always restored after a long day earning capatalist dollars sipping a wee nip of the water of life and admiring my Jacaobites!

Does anyone have any intelligence on how large this range is going to be?

I think John told us there will be 14 Highlanders and maybe three or four Lowlanders.
British will add officer, drummer and flagbearers and maybe some mounted dragoons.

Thanks mate, that is useful to know. But surely, a Bonnie Prince Charlie and a corpulant Duke of Cumberland are begging to be produced!

I love the Jenkins Jacobites . . . I ordered the most recent one (June release) yesterday and can't wait for it to arrive. These are the best Highlander figures I've ever seen. John was kind enough to give me the diorama he built for the release of the series in Chicago, based on an old painting, and I am trying to recreate the painting.

This demands a photo or two to be posted on here....look forward to seeing it. Are you recreating the 'wall'?

John built the diorama with a short wall which looks like it is made of stone and sod. Is that what you are talking about?

Yes indeed, the Government left flank was anchored on a low lying wall which proved to a major issue for the Jacobites. Dipicting the wall contributes to telling the story of one of the major episodes of the battle.

A superb range, full of character, colour, history and romance.
