I just watched this movie again and gosh what a great one. It really puts the rationale behind WW1 into in perspective from the (German, British, French) foot soldier's point of view and vivid experience in the tranchées...Great acting from everyone (Diane Kruger is so lovely in this movie!)

I watched Christmas Eve myself. I think that it was a very well done, feel good, movie. Then finished with listening to Garth Brooks' Belleau Wood.
